Hello!
I have a Konica C6000 machine and when printing 80gr paper, the paper becomes wavy. What might be the problem?

Hello!
I checked the circled units. The print setting is face up.
It very rarely prints without waves, but usually there are 2-3 waves in the sheet.

The entry guide to the fuser with the brown looking coating on wears and can cause this.

Do you think about the lower fusing roller?
I have a piece of them, i will replace tomorrow.
Thanks!

Check if the Adhesive tape of the Teflon tape is worn.
The part you should be looking for this is the "Fusing separation assembly" Part number: A1DUR74H00

Another thing that could cause this is humidity, try to see if it happens with low humidity paper.

check these gears too, there are one way gears and can crack or slip.

One of the one way bearings on the fuser exit get installed wrong way round and has the same result.
