problem error d050 or e301 konica c258 and c308

Good evening everyone.
I have a problem that I found in two konica minolta c308 and in a c258, sometimes it happens to me that the copiers restart themselves and give error code D050 and E301. updating the firmware does not solve the problem. it is a hard disk problem but I solve it by installing (with some difficulty because sometimes the installation does not start and I don't know why) the sata drivers more precisely the fw A7PU0Y0-0100-G00-84 (00).
after a few months the problem comes back to me.
I don't know if it's a problem with the hard disk but it shouldn't restart if it is corrupt.
formatting does not solve the problem.
Has it happened to someone or has any idea how to definitively solve the problem?

Trouble type CD050: Hard disk recovery timeout

condition The hard disk fails to recover from the power save mode within the predetermined period of time.
Trouble isolation -
Relevant electrical parts • MFP board (MFPB)
• Hard disk (A) (HDD (A))
• Hard disk (B) (HDD (B): HD-524)
(2) Procedure
1. Check the connector between hard disk (A)-MFPB CN20, CN26 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
2. Check the connector between hard disk (B)-MFPB CN7, CN27 for proper connection and correct as necessary.
3. Reinstall the hard disk.
4. Format the hard disk.
5. Replace the hard disk.

Update firmware to GC1-X4 or newer, then set software SW 159 to Hex 08. This prevents the HDD and fax(if installed) from going to sleep when the machine goes into low power/sleep

There are too many to list. The latest maintenance release on KM US/Canada is GCG-X4. (released 9/06/2022) My recommendation is to flash base version G00-X4 and then do GCG-X4, set Sw 25 to hex B0. (Function Version 4.2)

it is more recent GCA-X4 or GC1-X4?

Yes GC1-X4 is from December 2019 and GCA-X4 is from November 2021

That is the sata recovery firmware, there is also Gxx-B0. which is the preventative firmware. Use the GXX-B0 firmware if no errors have occurred, and GXX-A8 to recover from the error. This updates the SATA controller firmware.
