    Using the C4780A with an HP 8500

    We were sent a HP8500 and a C4780A 2-500 sheet lower optional paper deck. Has anyone ever put these two together and made them work, and if so how...I have alot of the 8500's and 8550's in the field but they all use the 2000-sheet deck. Any help would be appricated....

      The C4780A is not compatable with the HP 8500 or 8550.
