I have a Konica Minolta Di5510 with an FN-10 finisher. I installed a PK-120 (3- hole punch kit) and it does not work.....Konica Minolta all solutions says to be compatible, a firmware version 14EAH11 is needed. I think this is the E-prom chip located on the PK-120 circuit board. Does anyone have access to 1 of these chips ? Or, is this firmware that has to be uploaded into the copier ?
I really would appreciate any input on this. Thanks very much, Jim.

Hi DelawareJim,

I just looked at the KM download centre, there are 2 versions of firmware available for Punch Kit control on the PK-102, Version 11 / Version 12.
Are you able to get them from there ?
