Hello ,
I encounter a problem on one of my many iseries.
a bizhub c300i which has 300,000 pages
systematically when opening the front door or sometimes when printing a message "Incorrect position of the toner cartridge"
we have already checked all the sensors, greased everything but the problem persists.
I had heard of a modification kit on a subject, do you have more information on this subject?

je te remercie ! je pensais a un mauvais contact , il s'agit des premières isérie . elle n'a donc pas la modification .
