    Hello ! I have a problem with a bizhub 250, display the message ERROR , and nothing else, no number codes.. somebody knows what is it ? thanks.........

    ERROR in display that means RAM is corrupted.
    first try to upgrade the firmware if not solve
    then you have replaced the RAM for fix the problem.

        Finally I solve the problem, I change the memory .......I don't know what happened....

            Corrupt RAM

            Yes, but not as cut-and-dried. Have a chat with your customer to see if their copier is on a dedicated line (no H2O cooler, personal heater, or building systems etc.. on the same circuit) Ask if they recently had a power outage. This product is HIGHLY SUSEPTABLE to fouling up the NVRAM or the operating system when it receives a sustained voltage drop. Sometimes it will reset if both power switches are turned off, unplugged and allowed to rest for 5-10 minutes. You'll likely see this again at this location
