Saying since the card reader works in a C3351 so it should work in a C3320I is where you shoud start..There is no support for a Gen 1 reader in the new C3320i..So a couple of questions
1. Are you using a Gen 1 or Gen2
2. What mode do you need? KBW or CCID
3. What LDD are you using for the card reader and if you have it set in service mode and plugged in do you get any kind of error (can 't connect to the device).
4. What format does your software need to read? Binary, Hex, Decimal?

Was able to fix this, it was the loadable driver that did not work.Comment
