Hi
Before I start, sorry for my English. We have Konika Minolta C2060. We have a problem with the density balance. It is the yellow color. It prints well on thin paper (80g/m, 115 g/m, 150 g/m), very poorly on thick paper (200 g/m, 250 g/m, 300 g/m). I don't understand what the problem is. If she prints well on thin paper, then she should print well on thick paper.
I used a spectrophotometer to adjust the density balance. I want to ask a question: does the density balance need to be adjusted for each type of paper, or is one time enough?

PS: the problem is only with the yellow color, the other colors are normal

You can have many density balance profiles and choose the one you want. It is better to do for a specific paper. On this model, this can be done using a scanner and it does not take much time.

What is consumables life status? (drum, developer, charge unit...?
What is counter?

When you istall this 200gm/250gm/300gm media are you selecting the proper media type in the tray settings? Many adjustments are made to the machine settings to accommodate the media type. =^..^=

How can I view the counter?

Yes, I choose the right settings. I adjust the density, paper type, paper color.
Because of this problem, I have to set the wrong settings - I installed paper (300 gm) and set the printer to 150 gm. I agree, this is wrong, but there is no other way out. Therefore, I want to eliminate this problem as soon as possible

No offense, but i think resolving this problem is beyond your knowledge and you can make more problem or damage and that could be expensive playing on that machine.
Maybe it is smarter you call some KM qualified technician for that.
