Has anyone had the problem of missing the multipage/single page selection window on the op panel when accessing scan settings/file type? The setting allows you to either scan in individual page/file scans, or single multi page file scans? I suspect a firmware update may be necessary.
What is the proceedure for upgrading and where can I get firmware for this machine?

Yes, after much heartache found the HDD was unset. Reactivated, formated and haven't heard from it since.

Thank you for the quick reply dogsbody. Setting the HDD did the trick. I've been banging my head on this one for a while. Even the IT tech couldn't figure this one out. Thank you again.
