New Here! BizHub Pro Di850 Question

Hi! I just registered and this is my first post.

I am hoping for some help with a Di850. I can't get it to feed 4-part NCR. Using Appleton XERO FORM II which is recommended for this model (reverse sequence out of drawers), but first sheet jams every single time!

I need help!

Did you set the drawer for thick paper?
You also need to adjust the lift sensor for paper curl.

I did adjust the drawer for thick paper, thin paper, normal, fine and everything in between.

How do I adjust the lift sensor?
