KM controller, 609 on C4080..
We can ping machne NIC, and controller NIC, we can print using the 609 driver (and generic PS driver), but unable to access the Accurio print manager web page from the control panel, or any other web browser. IP schemes are correct. I can open the Machine PSCW..Even with a laptop direct connect, no joy on the web page (it actually shows 10.10,XXX.XXX:30083, must be cached). We have done a factory reset on the controller, reflashed f/w to G50 and the main body F/W as well. We cannot get this page to open. No joy with Chrome, Firefox, edge. Any ideas?
Edit..10 min after this the tech informed me that a HDD format solved the issue. Hope this helps one of you.
