Di 2510 Twain issue

I have everything setup I'm using pagescope pro When I press acquire scan I get the twain driver selection I'm using the su2/su3 driver The driver connects to the machine It shows me the folders I created but It does not list any files I scanned. If i try to acces the folder with the wrong pw it gives me an error so I know the twain is connecting but it won't show the files..also If I acces the web interface I can see the files there.. I really need to use twian to scan in the file cabinet software the customer uses any info would help.....

updated firmware still have the same issue...anyone familiar with twain scanning on this copier??

Figured it out scan resolution was set to 200x100 and has to be on 200x200 something so simply delayed me for 4 days
