C 3120i and FM Audit

Good morning. All of our C3120i reporting counters as a single black total without splitting into Colour and Black usage through FM Audit. Played around with various settings on the device but was unable to see a way to split the counter.
Any advice much appreciated.

Hello,

it (C3120i) does not look like origin KM-machine.

Could be BROTHER or sth. else.

I know that issues can occure using Brother machines regarding FMAUDIT and using "old/legacy" (=Onsite 4.x.y) client.

We use upgraded FMAUDIT using "ECI DCA". Since that all values are reported correctly.

Contact FM audit they probably have a fix or back door to display the data

C3120i is not Brother machine. I think with A4 color iseries they did it in-house not borrowed as usual.
And of course did it wrong in some ways.

C3300i machine is happily reported for us by Printfleet.

this machine (C3120i) is never ever an origin KoMi!

Could be Lexmark. -> Have a look at the IU (parts manual): That typically looks like LEXMARK's IU.

Have a look at "Lexmark MC3326i".
It seems to be a clone.
