    KONICA C3350i - horizontal scan

    Good evening,


    I have a problem with a konica minolta C3350i, the problem is the following: by scanning from glass or from adf, when I open the pdf the resulting scan is displayed horizontally, the image is not cut but only displayed horizontally.
    The printer is up to date. The settings being scanned are correct.
    The problem doesn't always happen randomly.

      What software are you opening the PDF with. Hopefully not a browser. And what do you mean by horizontal, portrait or landscape? How is the paper fed into the ADF, SEF(Short Edge First) or LEF(Long Edge First)? Does the KM have a copy setting for Auto Rotate?

      Adobe can rotate the image and so can IrfanView.

          What your service technician thought?

              In the printer, both glass and ADF sheets can go only in SEF (Short Edge First).
              The printer has the autorotate feature but I turned it off and the problem remains

                  In Adobe reader I clicked on View - Rotate View - Clockwise and it displayed correctly. Reader can only rotate the display but cannot modify the file. I was able to save the rotated view using the online editor smallpdf.

                  Apparent your KM assumes that all scans are Landscape.
