Red or blue lines on bizhub C257i

This only happens during the Copy process, not on Scan or Print.
Are these the "red lines of shame" or something else? (I read about it on older topics)
Is there an easy fix or reinstall?

Maybe you have not set the time zone, date and time

Set up the machine correctly and the matter is solved.
