Bizhub C550i has new extra confirmation screen after scanning to e-mail

I've been using this machine for the past few months with no problems. Today, this dialog box popped up after scanning a document to my e-mail. I've been performing that action multiple times a day for months and never had it before. It's just an added step that I'd prefer to skip if there's some way to turn it off. Any advice appreciated.

Is that setting accessible to users or does it require administrative access? Can you tell me where to turn it off?

log in as admin, its in system settings.

Real Time Preview must of been enabled

Real Time Preview was not enabled.

I appreciate the suggestion, though.

Any other thoughts?

I have also checked the Preview Display Conditions, and they are both set to "Press Preview Key".

Okay, disregard. I just went and scanned something to see if there was anything else obvious on the screen that comes up and now it's not doing it. I have no idea if someone figured it out and turned off one of those settings in the last few days or if it was just a hiccup in the software. Sorry for the waste of everyone's time.
