I have recently rebuilt and installed image unit with no problem, ony the customer did not use oem toner and it did not calibrate correctly and left the prints really light and a grey background well I went back installed oem toner and let it run now prints are normal except it still has the grey back ground I checked to make sure the cl blade was seated and working and it seems fine any ideas would be appreciated.
