I have a 420 bh
and every 50,000 sheets should be about to change the gear ASSY
I do not know what to change!!!!!!
ASSY go easy.
why they break?

Not sure what you mean. Are you saying that you have a part breaking every 50,000 prints, or that you believe that you have to change a certain part every 50,000 prints.

device has 700,000 sheets
last 300,000 sheets have changed 6,7 times the set of all gear from assy.

Um.. which gear ass'y are you referring to? There are many in that machine!

I believe it's the gear assy that turns the fusers...
If it's breaking too often, try putting someone else changing it...

i think -is about toner conv gear -anyway-all the plastic gear that are in contact with metal gear must be greased. Put some silicon vaseline .

For the best results you must be use in the future the gear for bizhub 500. It's little bit different ,you'll be need for a spacer (4mm), but your's problem will be ended.
and don't forget -change regullary oil web unit(200k)

Bizhub 500 & 420 are having the same parts manual...

Yes,is true,is almost same parts manual -but just yesterday i was changed this gear and is different like the original gear (on the machine) the pin hole is 4 mm deeper. maybe is a new -modif. model.


Unfortunatelly i can't find the bag with parts code for this new gear .

Description
Fuser driver gears do not fit onto the existing fuser drive panel/G assembly (p/n 50GA15070F).
Solution
CAUSE: The drive panel has been modified and the part number for the fuser gears have been changed.
SOLUTION: Refer to attached Bulletin Number 6123 for the correct part number for the specific fuser drive gear.
