Hi there,
a customer of mine reported some kind of "issue" when printing.
Usually he prints several jobs with many pages out of indesign to the printer and he swears that the C308 did receive multiple jobs in a row no matter if the first one has been finished or not
so basicly the spooler / queue was sorted out by the printer and he was able to disconnect his macbook and went out of his office while the printer was running the jobs.
Now with the C300i jobs are handled one at a time the queue is lined up inside the MAC so he can't shut it down anyore and he has to wait until the last job starts printing.
It's like using a GDI printer
Anyone have an idea if a.) the C308 related behaviour is true and in case it is if there's some setting to check in order to let the C300i spool more than just one job at a time.
Thanks for any hints.
