bizhub 163 white copies after setup

got brand new BH163 out of box
...
added developer and white prints/copies....
swaped drum units - the same...
both drum units are ok on another copier....

what went wrong?

On the wrong machine - is there a toner on the drum when you stop the copy sequence and the paper is at the drum?
Anyway I would suggest to check out high voltage transformer all the way to transfer roller on the right door. Also check if there is free path between laser unit and drum.

This would be a quick look and hopefully quick fix.

Take the developer assy and put it in front of u so that mag roller is turned to you. At the left to the end of roller u should see a developing bias. It should be placed on the end of mag roller. Se if u didn't knock it out of position.
