pls help i have a machine di 2510 with afr19 giving me grief... document feeder works well then suddenly whilst scanning freezes..

happens frequently.

i tried new doc feeder after replacing take ups and cluthes that did not help..
any solutions.

Sounds like you need to rewrite the card with firmware. Then if it does not work, swap the MFB out. Next would be the pwb "A" on the copier body. If when it freezes, the control panel does not show the ADF anymore, check the plug connection for the ADF on the copier body. Pull the side cover off nd check the wires going into the back of the plug. I have had many calls in which there was a loose wire in that plug. It is the end that you plug the doc feeder into.
