I have a customer with a KM 7222 on a network with Mac's. Print jobs in postscript mode cause the copier to print the ps system code (about 45 pages) From my XP laptop pcl files print normally. SSD say that the fix is to send a printer command code (%12345-X) via DOS to properly close the prior print job that is causing this and that wasn't closed properly.
Does anyone know exactly what is entailed with this? Is it like a LPT redirected print job?

MAC's require the PS option installed on the machine.
That is the price they pay for using MAC.

It has the postscript chip in the controller. Somehow the last print job wasn't properly closed and sending the previously mentioned command is what KM says is needed to restore proper function.
