When i cant seem to think straight, i turn to you guys!

I forgot my book today... I dont know what 3252 is. Says theres a jam coming out of the fuser into the finisher.

Theres nothing there. Went through and made sure the paper paths were clear. Cant seem to find the sensor that causes this jam...

Anybody? Bueller?

Thanks

Is the jam code on a Kronobbler 600? If so it could be a stuck fratastat valve sensor........... Make and model please, it really does help But the big question is how much partying did you do last night?

Sorry.

It was a c6500,

Apparently when a jam was cleared, a piece of paper about the size of a dime got ripped apart, and stuck IN the ps13 sensor.

We couldnt see it until we really really dug in there, used some tweezers to pull it out.

I was thinking there was a faulty switch, or some other problem, here it was just a miniscule piece of paper we couldnt see.

Sorry...
