Dog-earing C3350i ADF

Good morning colleagues, I have a C3350i that makes frequent dog-earing on the sheets that go through the document feeder. I have already checked for obstructions and that it rests well on the platen, but it doesn't have much adjustment for this.
Has this happened to anyone before?

There is a Konica advice. You had to put longer sheet/guide in ADF. Itry to find it and Iwill send it.
