C368 user authentication document retention time

We have a customer with a c368 that is using user auth. The unit is setup to hold the document until released by the user.

They are asking if the document retention time can be adjusted. Apparently it is automatically deleted. They are wondering if it can be set for several days.

Couldn't really find any settings in the web interface that made any sense.

Under Admin/System/User Box Settings

Delete Time settings--1 day by default, can be extended to 30 days
ID & Print Delete..Same choices
User boxes can be set to auto delete with the same choices.
