I keep getting called back on this machine due to streaking copies every thousand copies or so. I always find toner dropping on the transfer/sep housing and lots of toner in drum unit cavity especially at the front and rear of the unit. Everything else looks good, no damaged seals or anything like that. I replaced the developer thinking that it was old and wasn't holding the toner, but it continues to drop toner. Is there a way to change the toner add settings and if so where do I go to set them (soft switches maybe?) Thanks in advance, any help will be appreciated.

The dropping or spraying of toner by those and the 650's is a big issue and there has been a lot of good advice on how to resolve it in another thread. Just look under the Di 650 threads and you will find a wealth of info rather than waiting for everyone to repost. Hope this helps.
