353 w/finisher fs519customer using three hole punch paper,two sided ,staple corner.ok why staple three hole punch paper ? anyway we have extreme paper curl in above mode.this ends up in a big mess on the floor if not watched.turned temp to lowest setting problem still there.customer wont switch paper.ok am going to run my own brand for them see if that works.anyother ideas in regards to paper curling also this is a new machine not even close to pm.

Curl usually has to do with the grain of the paper and or moisture content. Try running the paper LTR and see if that makes a difference.Online Store is closed. Chip resetting is a thing of the past! Thank you to all my past customers.

right curl was customer using long end feed will try w/ short end feed might work.seems though i asked them to do that and they had reason not too but will try againComment

Your customer may find it confusing to get the staple in the proper corner with a different orientation, but it can be done and if it solves the problem they should be happy.
