    DI470 scanner problem

    Hi, i have impossible a problem. My machine can scan document but i can't see my file in computer. if i can print document using same PC. In my Job log record, the copier transmission successed for scan

    My copier IP address is:
    • IP address: 10.0.0.100
    • Subnet Mask: 255.0.0.0
    • Default Gateway: 10.0.0.2

    My PC IP adress is:

    My PC OS is windows XP. I close my Windows firewall already and i don't have any anti-virus software in PC.
    finally i using FTP utility for connect to copier.

      If you're using FTP, you need to make sure the software path is set up correctly. Also make sure the rights on the file folder are set to allow other users to modify files in the folder.
      the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.

          i configure the pagescope correctly and i fix the setting in my di470 and iam working as IT, i bought this machine as refurbished.
          my server ip is
          172.150.105.1
          dns: 255.255.255.0
          gateway: 172.150.105.1
          my user ip in my pc :
          172.150.105.44
          the minolta di470: 172.150.105.5
          dns and the gateway is the same

          i fix all the pc as printer and i try to scan
          a MESSAGE THAT THE SCAN IS TRANSMIT BUT NO FILE FOUND, CAN SOME ONE HAVE EXPERIENCE TO HELP HOW TO SLOVE MY PROBLEME,
          PLEASE NOTE: THAT I TRY TO WORK WITH FTP SERVER THE PATH IS OK BUT REALLY IAM TIRED 3 DAYS ONLY READ THE MANUAL AND COORPORATE WITH OTHER TEAM SAME PROBLEM ,
