Ricoh Pro C9200 Printer. SC530-47, SC530-48, SC530-49, Fuser Fan Error codes???
Already replaced 3 fans under fuser web and reset SC codes.
Still getting same codes? Something I'm missing?

Check the filters associated with the fans. If they are in need of replacement, they will overload the fan.

Maybe paper stuck in the drawer connector? Does the code reset and then comes back after a while, or does it never reset?

Check out this bulletin that just came out. I don't know if it powers the fans or not, might be worth looking into.

I ordered new fans and the new harnesses. Will definitely let you guys know what the outcome is. TY for the fast reply.:)

So received new fans today. No harnesses, but tried replacing the fans still same code.
What are the chances its actually the wiring harness?

Had a similar issue on a pro c7100, there was a connector for an extra fan which someone connected to a connector going to a sensor, they fit perfectly and one would easily make that mistake, so I replaced the smd fuse on the I/O board and disconnected the connector going to the sensor and that fixed the issue.

My boss has an ongoing dispute, with POA right now. I have been trying to keep the machine running for the last year on my own. Can I still reach out to them?

It's the same with any company. If you don't pay your bill, they're not going to continue to provide service.

And when the customer complains to your boss about the C9200 not getting fixed in a timely fashion, whom do you think your boss is going to blame, himself for not paying Ricoh or you?

Actually, I sit right next to the production manager, who is my boss. And hear him tell the owner, "I'm not a printer tech." "We need an actual tech." So that is completely on him, its not my business. I just try to do what I'm told so I have a job. I'm a graphic designer and print operator. But ya, I'm sure in his head, that is what he tells himself.
