hi guuys,

Anyone familiar with C6500 with MALFUCTION CODE of C2421,
sevice manual said that yellow tcr adjustment. I already replaced the Developing unit and yellow starter,done the adjusment and reset it's counter.
It will make copies for atleast 20 but the malfunction code still appearing.
Anyone have idea in this code.





one thing i notice is that each time i reset the "enlcosure developing life perecentage" it always goes back on its previous count and date

to me exactly the same problem replaced TRC sensor

you need to run TonerDensity Sensor adjustment. That will take care of the counter problem and the tcr problem.

Did you follow the steps from service manual when you replaced the developer?
If yes, try to switch the sensors between two colors.
