    di 470 fp115 question

I am having 2 of my machines give me paper jams. it is definitely out of the 3rd tray. replaced both feed and take up tires. and sep assy. then the motor. it is very intermittent and frustrating. it will copy like 50 or 60. then jam. it actually is not picking up the paper out of the tray. then all the sudden it will work. but it is double and tripple retrying. you can watch the copies on the finisher tray and they are slow coming out. minolta has been not very helpfull to me on this. and I am a dealer.. anyways if you guy's have any thoughts that would be appreciated. by the way. both trays 1 and 2 are working properly..

Have you tried replacing the one-way clutches? Replace or clean them and scuff up the shafts. Good luck!

I will get the parts manual out and take a look. to be honest I have had very little problems with these and have not had to go beyond the feed and sep tire replacement. I will take a look
      thanks

Both clutches are located on the gold colored roller.

There are two. They call one a gear, but it has a one-way in it.

rocky. just a quick update. I ordered the parts shaft and 2 one way bearings. and thus far it has made a huge difference. not jamming and working perfectly. for some reason I thought it was a motor problem. but I am really glad it wasn't. just wanted to thank you for your help. I really appreciate it. another one fixed!!!!!
