1-Open right side door and remove inside front cover for 12 pin black connector.
2-Place a jumper between pins 1 and 2 green wires. Make sure jumper wire is thin ie staple, thin paper clip, etc.
3-Close door and power up the machine-wait until the basic screen comes up then immediately turn machine off.
4-Remove jumper and power up machine and check fuser life counter-
May have to do this more than once as you have to catch the machine just as the basic screen shows before shutting off. My first time it took me 3 attempts before I got it.
works on 350, 351, and 450

YOUR TALKING ABOUT BLACK AND WHITE MACHINES HERE AS C450 IS COLOR !!

This Reset should work for C350 also !!

Replace the pico fuse, shorting pins is a dangerous practice. If you can't afford the fuser you probably can't afford the board you risk blowing.
