Hi, I have a problem with C6500 running on glossy paper 120 Grams. The paper jams on duplex side only, simplex runs ok. Al other papers are running fine.
Check the two duplex clutches that live on the front side of the ADU. They can fill up with dust and dirt, giving too much resistance. Easy to access from the front. Remove and check for free rotation.
