I have a total dead di551 they came in this morning and copier was dead. on konica web site it says image control board. I'm thinking dc power supply. Anyone seen this?

Totally check the AC & DC Power supply units on any 'dead' machine before ordering and/or replacing any other boards. Could be as simple as a blown fuse on the AC Board. Check all fuses with your meter..... that should always be first thing done. Check for obvious board damage. Check your voltages on the PSU's as per your circuit diagram. If you have the correct voltages coming out of the DC board, then go ahead as per any info you have from the manufacturer. -

Did you check the two resets in the lower right behind back cover? I had one fail on a Di551.
