Call code SC46-14

Earlier this copier was connected with sorter,

Now without sorter. Paper will get strck in the exit area for single copy.

when multiple copy taken it works, but for the last copy paper may get jam at paper vertical transportation, and before syncroniser roller
ie 2 paper

If all the paper come out, then continuously main drive take place and stop with the error code as SC46-14.

Swithch off and on then again it starts.

What is the component to be suspected?

It's something to do with a bad image read - just stops the machine in its tracks. The manual mentions the print control board and the image control board. Maybe a tricky one, you could also try a firmware update?

Cause, During image read,image data decompression from the memory to the printer is not completed within the specified time. Image data output from the page memory to the printer is not comleted within the specified time. PVV is not detected within the specified time.

Machine Response, If copy operation is being peformed, the machine stops after paper ejection.
