Machine runs approx 100-150 copies and then throws 32-02 jam. Have already replaced one-ways in fuser, one-ways in exit and the foam roller in fuser. I also replaced the actuator for the duplex/turnover entrance (flag was loose on shaft). When sort feature is used, machine jams less frequently. I'm assuming it's heat related. Anyone else seen this?

Turn off "Face Down" in Memory switch settings and check paper feed operation if it is OK watch the Turn over motor process (face down back on)if its erratic it could be a faulty ADU control board .
if this checks out O.K. remove ADU unit & dismantlle the ADU entrance way and guides there are some mylar guide sheets which are very difficult to see these can be worn through or otherwise damaged and will catch paper in the turn over process. Best of luck

I had a problem where the springs on the black plastic gate at the exit end of the fuser, had broke and were resting on the shaft that the divert gate pivots on.
