Bizhub c350 prints black line?

Hi all, any help would be much appreciated.

My bizhub c350 leaves a black line through the middle of the page. Maybe like a dirty roller? I have new fuser (3K copies). All trays, bypass including, and all paper sizes leave the mark. Sometimes though, the mark disappears or reduces in visibility. Any help would be much appreciated.

Try cleaning the LED arrays with the cleaning tool that should be clipped to the inside of the front cover. Also try cleaning the charge wires on each of the IUs.
