hi i ihave this b600 freezing at startup on th ekonica minolta screen..pls help...

This is a display adjustment problem. You can not get to service mode but is a shortcut. Hold down help button and turn on the machine and go to the sim to adjust the display. If no luck replace control panel.

This is normally an indication of the machine having the NVRAM blues. Follow the recovery instructions and see what happens, you can also try reloading the firmware which also may do the trick.

Sounds like a NVRAM issue. Try to reflash the CF cards to base firmware. If this doesnt solve it, It will be a bad NVRAM. Been there done that!
