Hi,

I have two quality problems with me bizhubbiz hubMore... C6500 pro.

The first one are bands in black color, I see that repeat about 7.5" or 190 mm, I am not sure if repeat between this distance but is not more visible.

The second problem is like yellow clouds see over the color print. I not all prints are in the same place and not the same size are very irregular.

Thanks for info that help me to solve this.

can you upload samples?

can you be more specific about your problem with bands in black color? are thin in portrait or landscape?

The black bands may be from a drum blade having flipped.
The yellow could be anything from developer, toner,or damp paper.

the go to cyan and set that to 130 a nd the others to 0 do this on all 4 colours ,you probally wont see anything in the yellow

As a Rule of Thumb for Repeater Marks, you can take as follows:

Failed mechanical part.
Approx 188mm pitch: Damage on the drum surface.
Approx 251mm pitch: Damage on the fusing belt
Approx 53mm pitch: Developer conveyance failure of developing sleeve.
Approx 95mm pitch: Soiled second transfer roller

Just interchange your bk drum with another, per example the magenta drum and see, if the error migrate to magenta.

As for the yellow clouds, try the method, simon mentioned before.

good luck :)
