I don't usually work on printers but this is a favor for a friend.
The paper jams with the lead edge about 1 inch past the delivery rollers. Sometimes you can get a few out and sometimes it jams on every copy. I pulled the fuser/delivery assm and inspected it - everything looks practically new. The machine is less than a year old. happens with just one print or many. Any suggestions?
