ai 2310 service mode

i am unable to enter service mode on this machine. i have the intravia manual, and it list 10871087 as the entry. is this correct? is there another way? thanx

That is the only number to enter service mode. Is the copy management enabled? If it is you will need to get to the ready to copy screen first. Then enter the m/a mode....

Enter service mode codes 1087 1087 then open front door. This should allow you to enter service mode.

true on the manage mode,you may be entering 1087 in the manage code box,turn that off first or enter someones manage code,then try service mode.

the customer decided to pull the plug on the machine and went to the depot for a POS... Thanks for the replies though..
