need comments regarding this model anyone??is this a heavy duty machine and does not give any problem to the user?our company is trying to look for a new unit to help the other machine we already have...so i need comments from you...thanks for any response..

I think this is a super machine. We have some and work well. The options are strong too. All the costumer all pleased. In case of real quastion I try to answer.

performance wise good machine i have 5 units which i maintain 1 of them almost makes 3.5 million copies and still working good with out any hazzel that was full option print/scan your company can go on that machine .
