Konica Minolta Di550 Don't Print The Page Marges

i have a Konica Minolta Di550 copier don't print the page marges, i've checked the marges options without any error !!
the marges size now is : 0 cm
but it not print the marges !!!!
please some one who have an idea about this problem to tell me the solution.

Do you mean margin? KonicaMinolta copiers/printers do not print edge to edge. There is a border deletion on all the machines that I know of.
