Try the printer gamma offset adjustment, the manual way. I bet the automatic adjustment has put in too much yellow.

Okay, you need to think about replacing the gamma sensor. (It's part of the rail that also holds the colour registration sensors.)
Try doing a full calibration, with the ColorCal including the scanner, OR by using a spectrometer.
Then look at the graphs for each colour. If the lines flatten out toward max density, the gamma sensor is defective.

Yes check the colour registration assy. This contains the Gamma sensor and the 2 colour registration sensors.

If the assy has an 'M' stamped on it with black ink this is the modified type....if the assy has a pink spot label then it has the old type Gamma Sensor and you will hav to replace it.

I agree, if your red is orange and your blue is purple then do as Setright and HORSE suggest.

              hello!

try to increase humidity in room.

for example, "tunr on" electric teapot with opened top cover and let water to boil out (about 1 liter), then wait 5 minutes and try to print red colour.

it realy helps with C500 pro and CF5001.

I agree get the customer to boil the kettle for a nice cup of coffee while you change the gamma sensor....

                    already enough - how much?

humidity has to be not lower 40% - from my experience.

I had the same problem. I calibrated using the es1000 and the colors came right in.

Firstly ensure that the machine is correctly setup and all drums devs etc are in good condition, then Calibrate with a densitometer and check the outputs. Konica-Minolta have admitted to me that red's can be problematic on c500 and c6500's
