how to enter service mode?how turn PM icon off?

press function button, original size button, then the #3 button in succession to enter service mode.

Then press #7 and hit start to enter the counter area, from there your PM and drum counters will be noticable by scrolling.

To exit service mode press the function button then clear quickly.

If your PM counters are set too low, make sure to change them to 120 or 240. I usually change mine to 240 and make sure that the machine is set to continue printing instead of stopping.
