hi guys
any can help me regaurding 3201 code i alreaddy change fusing drive motor and exit sensor . this code appear moslty when customer use thick media and its not permanent its appear ofter few copies and just with ON /OFF machine get ready

I couldn't find C3201 but have had C3102 codes before. If this is the case try replacing the Fixing Drive Gear M (A03U809311).

thanks 4 reply yeah its 3102 and mentioned gear i hav changed but still that problume is there

there are 3 gears/M that need to be replaced and their shaft cleaned, also check your fusing limiter.

hosman is correct there are 3 white gears within the gearbox section that have a oneway-clutch, these gears leak oil and best to replace them and clean the shafts.

Good tip is to roughen the shafts with a bit of wet & dry.
