di 2010 tech rep mode

i recently took over service on a di 2010. the machine appears to be in great shape, but when i try to enter tech rep. there is a password. of course the customer has no idea what it is. is there any default password that will work, or a way to reset this? thanx

I'm not sure what screen you are in but most passwords for this series were either 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 or 0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0

still no luck with those passwords. is there any type of hard reset on the main board?
