It's on the SSD page, which firmware do you need? I might be able to email it to you.

hi there i also need the firmware and any software that goes into the konica 7165 as both of the hard drives on my konica have crashed, if you could email me or Pm me that would be great

The main body HDD contains no software, the IP-511A HDD must have the system code preloaded on it before installing in the IP this can be done with a ghost image.

i need firmware for pi 6500e / ip 511 for printer controller because my printer controller can't ready but on the screen appears system booting please wait....

Have you tried the Restore feature? If the HDD is ok but the System code is corrupt the Restore will reinstall the Original system code of the IP-511.

the copier has taken a hit in transport and has killed its hard drive. also on bootup it heats up the fuser and hangs in the screen booting please wait a while.... and then nothing

I have the Ghost Images for Both a 6Gig and 20Gig drive.

However, you need to make sure that your Nic firmware is above 6.30.

i have 6.28d where would i get the latest update... also how can i up the font list in this IP-511??

Are you able to get a configuration and Nic Page printed? If so send them to me. I have all the nic and H/D firmware available.


DESCRIPTION: Unit will not initialize after upgrading the system code of the IP511. SOLUTION ID: 130743

SOLUTION: CAUSE: The IP511 NIC firmware should be upgraded before the IP511 system code.
SOLUTION: To clear the error, it is recommended to temporarily downgrade the IP511 system
code to the previous version. Update the NIC to the desired level and then update the IP511
system code.

i have a print out every time the printer starts up ... is that the one if so tell me a email add and i will forward
