Hey Guys, I tried everything in the SM, cleaned all areas, and still cant deal with this voltage problem.
Any light to shed?

Two techs are on it.....just checking if anyone had the same issue, cause after all diagnostics, the error still there....

1. Enter the 36 mode.
2. "36 mode menu screen"
Press the [1. Process adjustment] key.
3. "Process adjustment mode menu screen"
For the process adjustment, there are the following
items provided:
[1. High voltage adjustment]
[2. Drum peculiarity adjustment]
[3. Sensor output adjustment]
[4. Exclusive paper setting]
[5. Recall standard data]
4. Press the key of an item you want to adjust.
5. Press the [PREVIOUS SCREEN] key to return
from each of the adjustment screen to the
"Process adjustment menu screen."
