Internal Fiery locked up on c500

Hi,

I have a C500 with internal X3E 1.1. Tried restarting machine several times, but to no avail.

After everything comes up, I can press the print button on the machine and the fiery shows as idle, but pressing menu or the up/down arrows does nothing.

Can't print to it from windows either. Any ideas?

The only idea I get is to reinstall the Fiery firmware and, while you're at it, put on the latest version, which I believe is v2.01 (but please someone correct me if I'm wrong).

How would I obtain the software and files to reinstall?

Usually through the Konica Minolta ftp. If you don't have access, you can always ask for it here, although we're talking about some hefty files (several Gbs)...
